Provident Race Supply  was formed in 2006 to help NASCAR introduce the Spec Engine into the Camping World East and West Stock Car Series.  The Spec engine program for 2009 is now up and running with engines and engine parts available through regional suppliers.

For 2009 Provident, has grown to handle purchasing of new parts and sales of used parts for various racing teams in the oval track and road racing arenas.
